Sinosinfil Maritime, Inc. is a duly licensed manning agency based in the Philippines. We’ve always believed that strong ships are powered by even stronger people. That’s why we started this company — to focus on what truly matters: quality crew, genuine relationships, and long-term success for everyone involved.
We began our journey in 2020, right in the middle of the global pandemic. While the world was facing uncertainty and challenges, we saw an opportunity to step up. Shipping never stops, and seafarers needed support more than ever. That’s when we realized — we could make a real difference by providing principals with skilled, reliable Filipino seafarers, while ensuring that every crew member is treated with care, respect, and the support they deserve.
From day one, our goal has been simple: to be a manning agency you can trust — one that prioritizes people, delivers quality, and adapts to whatever challenges come our way. We believe that when you take care of your crew, you’re also taking care of your principals’ success.

Monitoring and reviewing our service provision and processes, identifying potential errors and implementing the necessary actions to eliminate them adhering to continual improvements;
Providing trained and efficient human resources with sufficient equipment to ensure our operations function in accordance with the ISO
Continually monitoring and reviewing our Quality Policy to ensure that it remains relevant and effective to the changing needs of our customers;
Continuously appraising of our business to ensure that the quality of service we provide fully and consistently meets our customers’ expectations and all current and impending statutory requirements and international legislation related to the services provided; and
Monitoring the effectiveness of our quality system through planned audits, management reviews, and customer satisfaction surveys to ensure quality service delivery.
